All items that are small enough to be posted through the letterbox are sent via recorded delivery.
All orders must be signed for on arrival.

Delivery – UK

Amazon will deliver to addresses in mainland England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are charged in accordance with Western Europe delivery rates; these are available on the website.
Your digital media player or accessory will be sent either by first class post, Parcelforce or DHL Express depending on the size of the delivery.
Delivery charges depend on the size of your order. You will be charged a set cost per delivery with an additional amount per item. If you order more than one item, you will pay the higher delivery rate.
Amazon operates an Express Delivery Service to mainland UK addresses for a standard charge of £8.99. This price applies regardless of the number of items that you have ordered. Deliveries will be made on the next business day.
Super Saver Delivery is available on orders costing £15 or more. If you select this service, your digital media player will take between 2 and 5 days longer to arrive than it would by first class post, but delivery will be free. Some items are not eligible for this service.

Delivery - Western Europe

The delivery charge will be £4.99 per delivery plus an additional £1.99 per item (ROI only).
Your order will be sent by Priority Express or Airmail.
For delivery by airmail allow 4 to 6 days, and for deliveries by Priority Express allow 3 to 4 days. However, most orders arrive earlier than this.

All orders can be cancelled before they have entered the dispatch process.
