Ordering Digital Media Players from HiFiBitZ: Delivery Times and Postage Costs

HiFiBitZ will deliver your digital media player to any mainland UK address, free of charge. HiFiBitZ does not currently deliver to non-UK addresses.
HiFiBitZ claims that many orders are delivered the next working day, but if your digital media player is not in stock or is coming directly from the manufacturer, delivery may take 7 - 10 working days.
Delivery will be undertaken by one of four delivery companies, depending on the products in your order. Initial City Link will deliver smaller items, such as digital media players, within 3 - 5 working days.
All deliveries must be signed for on arrival. If you are not in when the delivery is made, the courier will leave you a card with contact details so you can arrange for redelivery, or collect your parcel from the depot.

Ordering Digital Media Players from HiFiBitZ: Refunds and Returns Policy

You can cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery, but you will be expected to be pay for the return costs. The item must be returned in its original condition.
If your digital media player develops a fault within 14 days of receipt, HiFiBitZ will arrange for its collection and a repair, replacement or refund, free of charge.
All items sold by HiFiBitZ are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
