• Tesco will deliver to any address within the UK mainland, including a work address. Unfortunately Tesco can’t deliver goods to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
• Tesco’s Standard Delivery service is free for electrical items. These products are stored in Tesco’s own warehouse, and are usually delivered within 7 working days after you receive an order confirmation email. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
• All deliveries must be signed for. If nobody is available when the order arrives, the courier will leave their contact details to arrange a delivery at a later date. Anyone can sign for the order as long as it is made to the stated delivery address.
• A Next Day Delivery service is available if you place your order before midday (excluding Saturdays) for a charge of £4.85. Orders placed before midday on a Saturday will be delivered on the following Monday.
• For a charge of £6.85, you can specify a two-hour delivery time slot.

• You can cancel your order with Tesco at any time within 28 days of delivery.
• The unwanted item must be an unused or resalable condition, and should be returned along with all original packaging.
• If there is a diamond symbol (◊) on the invoice, you can return your digital media player to any Tesco Extra or Tesco Superstore for a refund.
• If there is no diamond symbol (◊) on the invoice, or you can’t get to a store, you should telephone Tesco’s Customer Services team to arrange for your goods to be collected.
